Delivery & Pickup of Orders


How much is delivery?
We offer free shipping Australia wide for our entire map range.
Our delivery fees are $14.99 for orders up to $40.00 within Australia. For orders $40.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia, shipping is a rate of $17.99.
We also offer (free) pick up from our Port Lincoln Showroom. 22 Saint Andrews Terrace, Port Lincoln, South Australia, 5606. Our showroom is open 8:30am to 5:00pm business days and Saturdays 9am - 12pm.
All international orders are negotiated with a member of our team. Shipping fees depend on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout/close to delivery date.

How do you package orders, is it safe in transit?
Our craftsmen safely and securely pack your map using ample bubble wrap and build a custom size durable wooden box to house it. Smaller maps and items are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into three wall cardboard boxes. It is treated as a "fragile" package when in transit and so you can be assured the freight service provider has diligent handling.

Can I see a picture of my product before it is shipped?
Of course! We can send a photograph of your order: before it is packed, while being packed & when it is ready to be shipped, to the provided email address. This is helpful for when you're shipping your map as a gift for someone special.

Can my order be delivered to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, due to the bulky nature of the products that we supply, we can only deliver to a physical address. If you are unable to provide a physical address, please email or call us at info@rhapsodyinwood.com.au or 0447 030 198.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to addresses all over Australia!
We do deliver outside of Australia, charges will apply. Please contact our staff to discuss: info@rhapsodyinwood.com.au

Will someone need to be present when my delivery is made?
Yes, someone will need to be present when your purchase is delivered and to sign for the delivery of the goods. As majority of our products are at a high price point, delivery drivers will not leave packages unattended at the delivery address.

How long will my order take to get to me?
We aim to deliver products to you within 3 to 4 weeks of placing the order with us, once your order has been custom made by our team, we will immediately send your order to the provided delivery address. Courier services can take between 3 to 8 Business days.

My order has been sent; I haven’t received it yet?
On occasions there may be delays regarding deliveries around Christmas and Easter holiday periods, or unexpected delays by transport carriers that are beyond our control. If there are any delays beyond our expected delivery timeframes, we will inform you of those delays as soon as we know about them.

What to do if the courier service has damaged my package?
Although damages are rare, we are covered for any damages! Please Call or Email us on 0447 030 198 or info@rhapsodyinwood.com.au, so we can organise a replacement order.
