Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at Rhapsody in Wood. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have any issues, we're here to help!

Refunds:
We accept change of mind returns if the item is in the original packaging and has not been used or damaged. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected the item.
We do NOT accept returns on personalized, custom made or clearance items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges if the item is in the original packaging and has not been used or damaged, but we do NOT accept exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items.
Your exchange replacement item will begin to be crafted by our team. You will need to arrange the return of the exchange item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned exchange item. We will notify you on the status of your exchange as soon as we have inspected the item. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund/charge (if owing) to your credit card (or original method of payment).  Once we have finished crafting your exchange replacement item, we will inform you, so you are able to organise freight to your desired address.

Damaged Item Replacements:  If we made a wrong personalization on your order, we'll happily send you a replacement of the personalized item. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved because information provided by you was incorrect. 
If the item was damaged by the courier service, let us know and a member of our staff will begin organising a (free) replacement piece and organise the return of the damaged item.

Refunds:
Shipment of the returned item is to be organised by you. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and refund you.

Change of Mind Exchanges:
You will need to arrange the return of the exchange item. Once we have received the original item and have finished crafting your exchange item, we will inform you, so you are able to organise freight to your desired address.

Damaged Item Replacements: If the item was damaged by the courier service, let us know and a member of our staff will begin organising a (free) replacement piece and organise the return of the damaged item. All freight will be paid for and organised by our team.
