Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
Once your order has been custom made by our team, we will immediately send your order to the provided delivery address. Courier services can take between 3 to 8 Business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free shipping across Australia for our entire map range.
Delivery fees for giftware: $14.99 for orders up to $40.00 within Australia.
Giftware orders $40.00 or over (excluding shipping) within Australia shipping is a rate of $17.99.
All international orders are negotiated with a member of our team. Shipping fees depend on weight and location. Delivery will be calculated at checkout/close to delivery date.
Domestic Carriers: Australia Post, Trans Direct (Allied Express, TNT, Northline & Toll)
International Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, Trans Direct.
We also offer (free) pick up from our Port Lincoln Showroom. 22 Saint Andrews Terrace, Port Lincoln, South Australia, 5606. Our showroom is open 8:30am to 5:00pm business days and Saturdays 9am - 12pm.

Delivery Address:
Giftware: Able to send to residential and commercial addresses & P.O. Box (Australia wide)
Maps & Table: Due to the bulky nature of the products that we supply, we can only deliver to a physical address. If you are unable to provide a physical address, please email or call us at info@rhapsodyinwood.com.au or 0447 030 198.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Rhapsody in Wood is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Rhapsody in Wood takes extreme care and precision in the packing process of every product, we insure all our items being sent. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the return of the package.
